Cookie Policy
Last updated: June 4, 2026
Cookies are small text files that websites store on your device to remember information between visits. Veggie Exchange uses a small number of cookies to keep you signed in and to understand how many people visit the site.
Cookies we set
Essential (required)
We use a session cookie from Supabase to keep you signed in. Without it, the site can’t tell who you are between page loads.
Analytics (anonymous)
Vercel Analytics counts anonymous page views so we know which pages are useful. It does not identify you and we do not share this data with advertisers.
Cookie acknowledgement
When you dismiss the cookie banner, we save a small flag in your browser’s local storage so we don’t show it again.
No third-party tracking
We don’t use advertising trackers, retargeting pixels, or social-media pixels. Third-party authentication (Apple, Google) may set their own cookies when you sign in with them — those are governed by their privacy policies.
How to clear cookies
You can clear cookies in your browser settings. Doing so will sign you out of Veggie Exchange and bring back the cookie banner on your next visit.
- Safari: Settings → Privacy → Manage Website Data
- Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies
- Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies
Changes
We’ll update this page if our cookie use changes. See the Privacy Policy for the full picture on data we collect.
